Finding fault with them he says "Look days are coming says the Master when I will bring to an end the arrangement with the house of Israel with Judah. They did not remain in the arrangement I will arrange with the house of Israel in the time to come says the Master. Giving Law into their minds written on their hearts (Note: the Greek word 'arrangement' found here is not the same concept as the Hebrew word 'covenant' and I am being true to Common every day Greek rather than what we know this passage to say in Hebrew) And I will be their God and they my people. They won't teach each his close one or his brother telling them 'Know the Master' because they will understand me from the smallest to the greatest of them. Favourable in respect of their failure and not being right, their being against the Law; I won't remember that" Jeremiah 31:31-34 In an unused saying 'He made the old first but the old grows old ages nearly disappearing'

Where there is an arrangement the death of the arranger needs to be brought about. The arrangement when he dies is confirmed but could not be when the arranger lives. This explains why the first except without blood couldn't be innovated. So when Moses spoke of the requirements of the Law to the people he took goat and calf blood with water, red and with hyssop sprinkled the book and the people saying 'This is the blood of the arrangement which God has made with you' Ex 24:8 And the structure as well as all the things for duty he sprinkled with blood as well. Nearly with blood everything is cleaned by the Law for with bloodshed there is no dismissal needed. It was a model of things in heaven with the clean but in heaven is better sacrificing than this. Not by human engineering did the Annointed the special. It was a negative of the true but into heaven itself, in heaven he now to exhibit to God's face for us. Not needing frequently to offer himself. Just as the establishing priest enters the special place year by yearwith someone elses blodd of else he would be frequently fated from the conception of the ordered arrangement. But only once he brought to an end the continuing, abolishing failure by his sacrifice pephanerotai-What does that word mean ? For men is reserved once to die after that judgement. So the Annointed once was offered for many to bear failure. Amd then appearing a second time without failure for those expecting him for delieverance.
